What I do
Revenue leaks in the seams.
Most B2B companies I meet have four teams that each look fine on their own dashboard. Marketing hits its lead number. Sales complains about lead quality. Customer success hears about the promises after the contract is signed. Positioning lives in a deck from two years ago.
Every one of those teams has an owner. The space between them has none. That is where the money goes missing, quarter after quarter, and it never shows up as one line on any report. The seam is my job.
I map the whole commercial system, find the seam that leaks the most, and rebuild it with the people who run it every day. Then we move to the next one. The work ends when the system produces pipeline without me in the room.
Who we are for, and what we are the obvious choice for. Written in the buyer's words, tested against real deals, and used by every team, not framed on a wall.
Demand that sales actually wants. One definition of a good opportunity, one scoreboard, and content that does the first half of the sales conversation before anyone books a call.
What was sold is what gets delivered. Handover built into the deal, so the first ninety days confirm the purchase instead of testing it.
Customers who feed the top of the system. Referrals, expansion and proof from the people already paying, so acquisition gets cheaper every year instead of more expensive.
The work runs through Funky Enterprises, with a bench of senior partners in performance, creative, owned media and commercial operations. Often on a retainer plus a share of the result, because I prefer to get paid when you grow.

Off the clock
Why Dilimanac.
Dilimanac was my father's nickname. Miroljub Živković was a basketball man in Pirot, and I grew up in gyms, reading games through the box score before I could read a balance sheet. The habit stuck. Every business I look at, I still ask who is scoring, who is passing, and where the turnovers happen.
I follow KK Partizan through good seasons and bad. I play funk loud, read epic fantasy and comics, chase old Jordans and Adidas classics, and cook over fire whenever the weather allows. Novi Sad has been home since 2018.
